Ms. Burns concentrates her practice on the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees in the liquidation and administration of bankruptcy estates. Her practice includes representation of creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 and debtors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases. She also assists with representation of mortgage borrowers as special bankruptcy counsel for the delivery of non-substantive consolidation opinion letters.
