Experience and Practice Areas
Steve Hutcheson's practice includes corporate reorganization and creditors' rights. He has experience advising clients in complex corporate chapter 11 reorganization cases, representing trustees, debtors, both secured and unsecured creditors, and official committees of unsecured creditors. Steve has represented corporations ranging in size from those with $15 million in debt to corporations with a total debt structure of $2.1 billion. He has also been counsel to creditor committees in various industries including oil and gas, trucking, real estate investments, hotels, computer hardware, retail, construction and thoroughbred horseracing.
